Delete your account

What to include

Tell us your platform and, if available, your player ID or leaderboard name. If you no longer have access to the game, say so: we will help identify the account and verify ownership. A player ID or public leaderboard name alone is not proof of ownership. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, receipt tokens or payment-card details.

What happens next

Support will contact you to verify ownership, explain any effect on river access and confirm the deletion request. Sending an email does not immediately delete your account. We will confirm completion or explain any information needed to proceed. You may withdraw the request before deletion is completed.

Data covered by your request

The request covers your Kiro’s River online identity, linked sign-in association, leaderboard name and scores, and associated game-side purchase and entitlement records. Deletion is permanent and can affect the ability to recover river access through that game identity. Contact support before deleting if you need help with a purchased river.

Any records that must be retained for a legal obligation or a specific fraud or security matter will be identified to you, with the reason and applicable retention period. Routine support correspondence is deleted within 12 months after the request is resolved, except where a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Device progress and store purchases

Progress stored only on your device cannot be erased remotely by this web request. You can remove it using your device’s app-storage controls. Deleting a game account does not automatically refund a purchase or delete records held by Google Play or Apple. Store refund processes and your consumer rights still apply.

Unity Player Account

Your Unity Player Account is separate from your Kiro’s River game account and may be used by other games. To request deletion of the Unity Player Account itself, visit Unity Player Account support. Deleting it there does not replace a request to delete your Kiro’s River data.

Only want to leave the tester list?

Use the private removal link provided when you signed up, or email support and ask to remove your tester registration. You can request this separately from game-account deletion.
